The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW control section is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It slots into IndraDrive power units and coordinates motion axes through real-time processing of encoder and I/O data. Within an automation cell, the section acts as the central processing module, exchanging position, velocity, and status information between servo drives, supervisory PLCs, and field sensors. It is intended for machine tools, packaging lines, and handling systems where deterministic control and tight synchronization are required.

Primary command traffic moves across a Parallel Interface, which permits simultaneous transfer of multiple bits and helps reduce cycle time compared with serial buses. Six opto-isolated digital inputs accept a signal level of 24 V / 3 mA, while four transistor outputs deliver up to 24 V / 0.5 A to actuate relays, valves, or status lamps. The EN1 encoder channel is powered by 6 W from the controller backplane and is intended for MHD and MKD motor feedback. Relay contacts on the base card are rated at 24 V DC / 1 A for direct pilot duty. Communication with service software is available through the RS232 service port.
