The Bosch Rexroth's drive controllers are advanced control units built to track and regulate motor operations. These devices are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are suited to single and multi-axis operations. Their applications include handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and printing and paper processing machines. A control section and a power section are the vital components of these drive controllers. Control sections set the functions of the drive control unit, and they vary in their configurability, available interfaces, and cycle times.
The CSH01.1C-PB-NNN-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED CSH control section. It is configurable and used in single-axis operations. It also has a PROFIBUS interface that serves as its communication module. This control section features four combined I/Os that may function as either digital output or digital input. It is operated with a standard control panel with a single-line display. This control panel performs tasks like accessing the error memory, initiating the basic load defaults procedure, adjusting the analog outputs, and setting the drive address.
