Bosch Rexroth’s Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is built with a wide range of highly functional components that ensure its peak performance and efficiency. The drive controllers in this drive system are made up of two essential parts: a power section and a control section. These control sections are compact and can easily be mounted and dismounted from the power sections into which they are plugged. The CSH control sections are a group of innovative control sections created by Bosch Rexroth.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-XP-FW is one of the models of Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections. It is a configurable model whose master communication module is PROFIBUS, a reliable communication bus system used in the automation industry. This control model belongs in the ADVANCED control section range and is equipped with various modules to enhance its functionality. These include a standard encoder interface for the connection of encoders with 12V supply voltage ratings. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder(1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the encoder system of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 interface.
Thanks to the encoder emulation interface of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-XP-FW, the control section can emulate absolute value and incremental encoder signals. It also comes with a Safe Motion module to protect both users and the machine during its operation. The standard control panel on this CSH control section model has a single-line display and four robust keys used to perform different functions. These include setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and accessing the error memory. This control section can also be commissioned using the smart Rexroth IndraWorks software for PC.
