The CSH control section by Bosch Rexroth is an essential part of its IndraDrive drive controller. CSH control sections are designed for single and multi-axis drive control tasks. They are typically delivered as part of the drive controller but can occasionally be purchased as separate subitems. The second essential component of the drive controller is the power section, into which the control section is plugged. These CSH control sections are ADVANCED configurable single-axis and differ based on the available interfaces and pulse frequencies.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-XP-FW is a model of the CSH control section series. It is equipped with a standard control panel used to fix the drive address, define the position data reference, have a look at the error memory, and launch the basic load defaults procedure. The standard control panel has a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. It also has four keys for commissioning the control section. The safety technology of this control section model is an emergency stop, the Safety Torque Off, which stops the drive from starting unawares.
With two modules for encoder evaluation and emulation, the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-XP-FW has increased functions. The encoder evaluation interface is for encoder systems with a 12V power supply. There is also an encoder emulation for the emulation of absolute and incremental encoders. This control section functions with firmware ordered as a separate subitem so that the same version can constantly be reordered. It is also equipped with a protective diode which protects it against damage from incorrect connection and polarity reversal of the supply voltage. Its power supply is via the terminal connectors 24V at the power section.
