Product Description:

Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are made up of two essential parts, the power section, and the control section. The control section is a standalone component designed to be plugged into the power section. It is an important component of the drive system and is necessary for the functioning of motors. With the control section in a drive controller, the drive controller has a variety of applications, including handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSH series of control sections by Bosch Rexroth. It is an ADVANCED configurable control section with a single axis and an internal DC power supply. It is equipped with a standard encoder interface and an encoder evaluation interface. The encoder interface supports encoder systems with a 12 V power supply like the IndraDyn S motors. The encoder emulation module emulates absolute value and incremental encoder signals for further evaluation by a control unit. This control unit’s safety technology module is Safe Torque Off; an emergency safety stop feature that prevents the drive from restarting unexpectedly.

Communication between the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW and the connected motor is via the PROFIBUS network. This communication system permits the cyclical exchange of all specified values and is highly functional for automation needs. The control section is equipped with a standard control panel with a single-line display and four keys. This standard control panel is used to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, look at the error memory, and start the basic load defaults procedure. The control panel displays operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings.
