The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW reflects state-of-the-art development in manufacturing process control. The CSH01.1 control unit features a PROFIBUS master communication interface and standard encoder evaluation optional module at connection point X4.1. The module serves optical encoders for a variety of interfaces to provide measurable performance and extended scope functionality. The control section is provided with 7 digital inputs out of which 2 can be configured as touch probes. The module is equipped with 4 digital outputs and 1 analog output. The control section is a part of the drive controller and usually comes attached with a power section in a drive controller unit. The CSH01.1 control section provides cycle flow with variable current control (62.5 - 125 ms), velocity control (125 - 250 ms), and position control (250 - 500 ms).
The model CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW comes with a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250 ms and a switching frequency range of 2 to 16 kHz. This model is equipped with an X2 connection point that is dedicated to the RS232 serial interface and an H1 point for the interface of the control panel.
