Product Description:
The control sections from Bosch Rexroth are integral parts of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive controllers. These drive controllers are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation and are composed of a power section and a control section. The control section is a separate component that is plugged into the power section. It is typically delivered with the drive controller but can be ordered as a separate subitem in some cases. It has a compact size for easy installation but must not be mounted and dismounted more than a maximum of 20 times to prevent damage.
The ADVANCED configurable single-axis control section, CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW, has the PROFIBUS interface for its master communication. It has encoder evaluation interfaces for encoder systems of IndraDyn motors with a 12V supply. It is also equipped with an Analog I/O extension that equips it with analog channels of better resolution and consists of two analog differential input channels and two analog output channels. In addition, it has a Digital I/O extension with 16 digital inputs in two groups, 16 digital outputs in four groups, and SSI encoder evaluation for absolute position detection.
A protective diode is used to protect the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW against wrong connections and polarity reversal of the supply voltage. Its safety technology module is the Safe Motion which allows different application-related safety functions such as emergency stop, safe stop, safe maximum speed, safe direction, safe homing procedure, safe communication, safe door locking, safe diagnostic outputs, safe parking axis, and several other safety functions. It has an integrated standard control panel with a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings.
