The benefits of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system include scalability and energy-conserving operations. One of its components is the drive controller, which comprises a power section and a control section. The CSH01 family is a series of control sections in these drive controllers, specially built for operations that require high dynamics and performance. They are single-axis control sections used in food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, handling and mounting systems, and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section model in the ADVANCED control section range. It is a compact unit of the drive controller whose size allows it to be safely mounted and dismounted up to 20 times from its power section. It features multiple interfaces that allow it to perform its control function efficiently, such as the standard encoder evaluation interface. With this interface, encoder systems with a supply voltage of 12V can be connected. Examples of these encoder systems are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface.
The combined Digital I/O extension and SSI encoder evaluation interface of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW offers a digital I/O extension with 16 inputs and 16 outputs. It also plays a role in the absolute position detection function of encoders with the SSI interface. The control section can be commissioned remotely using the IndraWorks software for PC. Alternatively, its standard control panel can be used. This user panel has a single-line display and can also be used to trigger simple commands and run diagnostics.
