The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth comprises various drive and motion control units. These components are integrated to form a highly functional factory automation solution for different applications. The CSH01 series of control sections are parts of the drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation in applications like printing and paper processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section in the Bosch Rexroth ADVANCED control section range of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. It is a configurable single-axis device suitable for operations that demand high performance and dynamics. With its standard encoder evaluation interface, it supports encoders with a supply voltage of 12V, such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. Analog channels of better resolution can be obtained with its Analog I/O extension. The module can also be used to increase the number of analog channels.
With the PROFIBUS bus system acting as its master communication module, the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW communicates with its users and other control systems. The Digital I/O Extension of the control section is also an extension for it, and it provides 12 digital 24V inputs and 8 digital 24V outputs. Users of the drive controller with this control section are protected by its Safe Motion module. It offers safety functions like safe maximum speed, safe direction, safely-limited position and safely-limited speed. The control section also features a standard control panel for parameterization and commissioning.
