The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW is a modular motion-logic controller card built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for use within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive system, the module coordinates axis drives, handles fieldbus traffic, and links local sensors and actuators to higher-level automation equipment. By combining high-speed analog processing, digital I/O, and integrated safety channels on a single board, it serves as the central command element in packaging lines, material-handling cells, and other multi-axis machines that require deterministic real-time control.

The analog front end offers a signal bandwidth of 1 kHz across two differential inputs, allowing precise capture of servo feedback or process variables. Each channel presents an input resistance of 1000 kΩ to limit loading on external transducers, and values are converted with 12-bit resolution. Two analog outputs can source up to 10 mA per channel into loads as low as 1 kΩ, also at 12-bit granularity, for drive override commands or proportional valve control. All parameter sets and cyclic data are exchanged with the PLC over the field-proven PROFIBUS-DP interface, giving the card deterministic update times inside distributed control architectures.

The card adds discrete connectivity with 12 digital inputs for limit switches or homing sensors and 8 digital outputs for contactors or solenoids. An encoder port supplies a regulated 12 V feed so resolvers or TTL encoders do not need external power distribution. Safety circuitry is supported by a dedicated 24 V domain; the logic rails can deliver up to 1.6 A for input chains, and separate contacts are rated at 24 V / 0.5 A for output switching plus 24 V / 1 A through the relay pair. These provisions allow the controller to satisfy category-rated stop and enable functions without additional relay blocks.
