The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is an intelligent motion control card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied as part of the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It supervises a single electric axis in automated assembly lines, packaging machines, or material-handling cells. Integrated PROFIBUS links it to higher-level PLCs, while dual ENS encoder inputs let it close position and velocity loops internally. By combining fieldbus communication, safety, and drive sequencing on one module, the device streamlines panel wiring and shortens response times between command signals and motor response.

The analog input resistance is 160 kΩ, so external transducers experience minimal loading from the control card. The integrated D/A stage can source 1 mA at a reference level of 5 V, which is enough to drive standard enable or torque-limit inputs. Even with the fieldbus active, the unit draws only 7.5 W of base power, which helps keep cabinet heat low. For discrete sensors, the I/O bus can deliver up to 1.1 A. Each digital output is rated for 24 V at 0.5 A, allowing direct actuation of contactors or indicator lamps without auxiliary relays. The ENS interface supplies 11.6 V at 500 mA to power linear or rotary encoders, and the single-axis architecture helps isolate faults to one drive channel.
