The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a modular motion and logic controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Designed for rack mounting inside IndraDrive cabinets, it sequences position loops, interpolates motion profiles, and stores drive parameters on its onboard memory cartridge. The card’s role is to synchronize multiple servo axes with millisecond accuracy so that conveyor, forming, or converting machinery maintains stable throughput under changing loads. By combining real-time processing with integrated safety channels, the device serves as the central automation node in packaging lines, printing presses, and other continuous-duty equipment while saving space through direct backplane connectivity.

Analog processing capability starts with an input span of ±10 V, allowing proportional position, torque, or process signals to be digitized without external attenuation. The isolated output channel sources up to 5 V / 1 mA, which is suitable for reference generation toward legacy drives or instrumentation. Controller electronics draw only 7.5 W at base load, so heat dissipation remains low even in dense racks. Mechanically, the card has a depth of 103 mm, and its front edge carries 2 dedicated encoder interfaces that accept IndraDyn, HIPERFACE, 1 Vpp, or TTL signals. Absolute plus incremental emulation lets the unit relay identical position data to a secondary master, while PROFIBUS-DP provides deterministic fieldbus linkage to the plant PLC.
