The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is a motion-control and I/O processing module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in multi-axis drive racks, it coordinates motor feedback, fieldbus traffic, and low-power signaling. This allows the connected power section to regulate torque and position in industrial automation cells.

An analog command channel is accepted through an input path with 160 kOhm impedance, a value high enough to minimize loading of upstream sensor circuitry. When the controller must retransmit a conditioned reference, its analog output supplies 5 V, 1 mA, suitable for standard drive-enable or trim loops. The ENS encoder supply provides 11.6 V at 500 mA, while each EN2 channel is fed with 5.0 V at 350 mA and supports feedback runs up to 75 m; this triple-encoder arrangement allows mixed-type position sensors on a single axis card. A 4 A inrush specification paired with low continuous draw ensures that multiple controllers can share a compact 24 V bus without overstressing supply fusing.
