The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a compact control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Intended for IndraDrive systems, it supervises motion, communication, and safety tasks for a single axis in automated machining cells, packaging lines, or material-handling equipment. It can also process feedback from legacy motors through an HSF resolver interface, allowing older motor designs to remain compatible with the control platform. This compact arrangement places communication handling, feedback evaluation, and safety supervision in the same control section, which helps keep axis hardware centralized within the drive system.

It offers 1 analog input with a resolution of 12 bit and 2 analog outputs at the same precision for setpoint or feedback duties. Four digital outputs are available, and the group can source up to 400 mA. The closed-loop current controller updates every 62.5 µs, while the power stage supports a maximum switching rate of 16 kHz to maintain smooth torque delivery. Plant-level integration is handled through PROFIBUS-DP, and a secondary serial port remains independent of this real-time bus. For integrated safety, the Safe Motion module routes enable and feedback lines through a 9-pin D-Sub connector, supporting STO and velocity-limited modes without external relays.
