Its 12-bit oversampling resolution on both ENS and MA1 inputs supports fine interpolation of position counts and stable signal tracking during rapid axis movement. Complementing the HSF port, the secondary supply delivers 8 V to resolver or hybrid sensors, maintaining reference stability under dynamic load. A repeater stage draws only 75 mA from the bus and is energized from a 5 V logic rail, reducing cabinet heat. For media-isolated feedback loops, the resolver driver injects a carrier of 18.2 Vpp at 4 kHz, and the returned sine-cosine signals are processed by the Safe Motion system for monitored stopping functions. The controller can therefore accept incremental, resolver, and hybrid feedback sources within the same platform.
