These single-axis control sections are developed for applications that require high performance and dynamics. Some of its applications are handling and mounting systems, machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section model in the CSH01 series. It is a configurable type of the CSH01 control sections, equipped with a PROFIBUS fieldbus module. PROFIBUS is a well-used fieldbus module in the field of automation and motion control, and here, it facilitates the cyclical exchange of specified and actual values. It also features a standard encoder evaluation interface for the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. The encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoders with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1 interfaces.
The Analog I/O extension of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW increases the number of analog channels on it. There is also a Safe Motion safety technology module with a SIL 2/cat 3 PL d rating on the single-axis control section model. It allows application-related safety functions like Safely-limited position, Safe maximum speed, Safe door locking, and Safe communication. It can be used with firmware, but this must be ordered as a separate component. It is a category C3 product according to IEC 61800‑3.
