The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section. It is one of the two main components that make up a drive controller from the IndraDrive product line. Two other types of control sections i.e. basic and basic universal are also available. The integrated features that are available on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW include a Profibus master communication interface and four slots for optional modules. The device firmware needs to be ordered separately from the hardware. The safety module that is installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW supports safe torque off. Three other encoder modules are also installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW including an IndraDyn encoder module, a HSF / RSF encoder module and encoder module with EnDat 2.1 interface. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable device. A standard control panel can be used to configure the device.
The standard control panel must be connected to the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW before the device is powered on. The control panel will not be recognized by the control section if it is attached after the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is powered on. The display on the control panel can be used to monitor operating parameters. A 4-button keypad on the control panel can be used for issuing a limited number of commands. The control section is designed for vertical mounting. In some cases where it is supplied separately, the device has to be plugged into the power section from which gets electrical power. The power consumed depends on the power consumption of the control section and power consumption of the installed modules. The activity of mounting or plugging the device on the power section must be carried out by personnel who have received special training for the activity.
