The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW control section has a digital I/O with an E-Stop factory setting. The Bosch Rexroth advanced section comprises a relay contact with 1 x 106 switching actions at maximum time constant of load. The relay contact also has a maximum contact resistance of 1000 milli Ohms at minimum load. This section encompasses digital inputs/outputs adhering to IEC 61131, Type 1 specifications. The probe inputs of the product have an input current ranging between 2mA and 5mA. The device houses a PROFIBUS module that features a shield connection through a metalized connector housing and D-Sub mounting screws.
The section should not be plugged in or removed more than 20 times. This product is designed for storage in conductive packaging. This device must neither be damaged nor faulty when it is put to use. The drive controller featuring the unit has to be programmed before it is commissioned so that the motor performs the application-specific function. The PROFIBUS module in this control section receives and transmits data in adherence to EIA-RS485 standards. The product cannot be used when there are extreme temperature fluctuations.
