One of their intelligent products is the drive controller, which is designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. The drive controllers are designed for single and multi-axis drive and control tasks, and they are made up of two essential components, the control section and the power section.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a control section from Bosch Rexroth. It is a separate component of the drive controller that is plugged into the power section. It is typically ordered as a whole with the drive controller but can also be ordered separately when necessary. The control section should not be mounted or dismounted more than a maximum of 20 times. It has Protective Extra Low Voltage, which allows the connection of devices with basic insulation to extra-low voltage circuits. Devices with basic insulation like programming devices, PCs, notebooks, and display units can be connected to the control section thanks to this.
In addition to being an ADVANCED, configurable single-axis control section, the CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW’s master communication is via the PROFIBUS network. It has an encoder evaluation interface suitable for 5V supply encoder systems. Its safety technology is Starting Lockout, which complies with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1 and serves to prevent the motor from starting spontaneously due to a fault. It is also equipped with a standard control panel with a single line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. The user panel has four keys to set the drive address, check the error memory, and set analog outputs.
