The versatile Rexroth IndraDrive drive system offers multiple benefits to users, such as its scalability in power and functionality and integrated hardware. One of the components of the system is the drive controller with two essential parts - the control section and the power section. The CSH01 family is a series of control sections in the ADVANCED range with applications in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a control section of the CSH01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a single-axis configurable control section in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system equipped with the PROFIBUS control communication system. With this bus system, it cyclically exchanges values like status signals and diagnostic messages with users. The control section also features a standard encoder evaluation interface for the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. The supported encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with an EnDat 2.1 interface and Sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track.
A Safe Torque Off (STO) option with a rating of SIL3 according to IEC 62061 and category 3 PLe according to ISO 13849-1 is the safety technology module of the CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW. It prevents the unexpected startup of the machine and has a safe emergency stop function. Its standard control panel features a single-line display and can be used for the detection and resolution of faults. This product belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3.
