The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is an automation control card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Intended for mounting in a Rexroth drive stack, it issues motion commands, processes feedback, and exchanges status information for industrial axes used in packaging, material handling, and assembly equipment. The card provides the computational layer that links field-level sensors with higher-level PLCs, allowing deterministic positioning while reducing external wiring.

At its core, the module supports a single-axis configuration, so processing resources are dedicated to one servo channel without resource-sharing delays. Command traffic with the plant controller runs over PROFIBUS, delivering cyclic setpoints and diagnostic data across an electrically isolated bus. Local signal capture is simplified because analog and digital I/O are integrated on the board, which reduces the need for additional terminal modules. When a feedback device must be emulated for downstream equipment, the front expansion connector supplies encoder emulation pulses. Actual feedback is accepted through an interface for EnDat 2.1 / 1 Vpp / 5 V TTL, allowing the card to read absolute or incremental encoders without add-on cards. Nonvolatile data such as parameters and oscillograph traces can be stored on a removable MultiMediaCard. A built-in RS232 port provides direct command access that is independent of the fieldbus. The card includes no safety technology, so emergency stop and guard monitoring must be handled by external hardware. A secondary communication slot is not equipped.
