Product Description:
Rexroth drive controllers consist of two important parts, a power section and a control section. The drive controllers control electrical motors and monitor their operations, and the control section is important to perform its functions. The control section is a standalone component of the drive controller that is plugged into the power section. It is typically packaged with the drive controller but can occasionally be purchased as a separate subitem. The control sections can be BASIC UNIVERSAL, BASIC or ADVANCED, configurable or non-configurable, and single-axis or double-axis.
The ADVANCED configurable single-axis CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW is equipped with the PROFIBUS network for communication between the drive controller and the motor. It has an encoder evaluation which is standard for encoder systems with a 5 V power supply. It has an additional module for digital inputs/outputs combined with an SSI encoder evaluation. Its safety technology is the Safe Motion which allows different application-related safety functions such as the emergency stop, safe maximum speed, safe direction, safe braking and holding system, and several others. It has a standard control panel with a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW is equipped with a protective diode which protects it against damage from incorrect connection and polarity reversal of the supply voltage. Connections and terminals with voltages of 5 V to 50 V are equipped with Protective extra-low voltage as protection against electric shock. The protective extra-low voltage system allows the control section to be connected to devices with basic insulation like programming devices, PCs, display units, and notebooks. The number of times it can be mounted and dismounted is a maximum of 20 times to prevent damage.
