By converting fieldbus telegrams into synchronized position and velocity references, the board delivers deterministic control for conveyor indexing, pick-and-place heads, and coordinated tooling. It also supervises onboard analog and serial channels, allowing the drive to respond directly to sensors and actuators without relying on a separate PLC scan. Because the control section mounts directly on the power module, motion control and power conversion remain closely coupled inside the same drive platform.
