The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-ENS-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a single-axis control module from Bosch Rexroth Indramat that belongs to the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It serves as the command layer inside IndraDrive power sections. It processes drive parameters, fieldbus data, and encoder feedback so a servo axis can be tuned and monitored in real time during industrial automation tasks. This arrangement allows the paired power section to react to command and feedback data within the same drive platform.

The module communicates upstream through PROFIBUS. The master processor receives position data on the X4 port, which supports EnDat 2.1 / 1 Vpp / TTL signals, and on the X8 port, which accepts IndraDyn and Hiperface formats. One differential analog channel is available, with an input impedance of 160 kΩ and a usable range of ±10 V, making it suitable for reference speed or torque commands. Two analog outputs supply a fixed level of 5 V for external monitoring devices. Seven dedicated digital inputs capture fast limit or homing switches, and four software-selectable I/O points can be assigned as sourcing inputs or sinking outputs to match machine wiring. Integrated Safety Technology I/O removes the need for external safety relays when implementing STO or SS1 functions. Internally stored motion profiles are retained on the MEM memory cartridge, so saved parameters remain available after power cycling. Control wiring is simplified because the configurable I/O and relay share a common low-voltage bus. All encoder and analog connectors are located on the front plate for direct access, which improves access in shallow cabinets.
