Product Description:

The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable advanced controller from the CSH01.1C series by Bosch Rexroth. It supports communication via integrated PROFIBUS interface. The PROFIBUS port supports both cyclic and acyclic data exchange for real-time single-axis motion synchronization. This module accepts PFM02.1 media card for firmware and parameter storage.

The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW controller is presented with dual encoder evaluation interfaces and RS232 serial interface. The supported input differential signals are compatible with EnDat 2.1, TTL and 1Vpp sin/cos formats. Its signal evaluation includes automatic recognition of encoder type with adjustable interpolation up to 2048-fold for 1Vpp signals and both inputs allow simultaneous feedback from primary as well as secondary encoder sources. The CSH01.1C controller's CCD I/O extension provides 8 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs and 2 analog inputs. Its digital inputs operate at 24 V DC, they are electrically isolated via optocouplers and the input delay is configurable between 0.05-16 ms. Analog inputs accept ~10 V signals with 12-bit resolution and a conversion time of <1 ms. The controller outputs are short circuit protected and the maximum output current per channel is up to 0.5 A. The CSH01.1C controller provides reverse polarity and soft-start circuit protection. Its mechanical dimensions are 322 mm H x 103 mm W x 49.5 mm D.

The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW controller features safety technology through which it disables the IGBT gate pulses in compliance with EN ISO 13849-1 PL d and IEC 61508 SIL2 without removing power to logic circuits. Its switching response time is less than 1 ms and the inrush current peaks at 4 A for up to 100 ms. The CSH01.1C controller consumes 7.5 W power at full configuration and it requires 24 V DC input voltage with ~20% tolerance to operate.
