Bosch Rexroth is a well-known and established motion control component manufacturer. The company's durable and long-lasting products include control sections, drive converters, frequency converters, and drive controllers, to name a few.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN1-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW model has current control periods of 62.5-125 microseconds, position control times of 250-500 microseconds, and speed control times of 125-250 microseconds and uses 7.5 W of power. The control section is designed for natural convection cooling and has 11 digital inputs, two of which can sometimes be exploited as touch probes, a 4-amp inrush current, and a maximum pulse width of 100 milliseconds. The CSH01.1 control section width-modulation can be adjusted to match your needs and it contains a frequency range of 2 - 16 kHz and an HSF/RSF encoder as option 2 encoder. The firmware for the model is not included in the package and must be ordered individually. A PROFIBUS master communication module, one relay output, and an EnDat2.1 encoder as an option 1 encoder are all included in the model. Only assembly and installation within 1000 meters of sea level are permitted with the drive controller in which this control section is installed. The SERCOS cycle period of the CSH01.1 control section is 250 microseconds, and it is 103mm in width, 241mm in height, and 49.5mm in depth. A single analogue input and a single RS232 serial port are available in the model.
The model CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN1-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW contains a standard control panel as well as an S2 (safe motion) safety option. On the operator's console, there are navigation and control keys.
