The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-MEM-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW control section is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. As a modular motion and logic processor, it coordinates servo drives and peripheral I/O in automated machinery and packaging lines. The unit slots into a multi-axis drive stack and delivers real-time command execution, enabling synchronized axis movement and process interlocks throughout an installation. By integrating fieldbus communication, analog feedback, and safety supervision on one board, it reduces cabinet wiring and simplifies setup.

Its analog interface provides 2 inputs and 2 outputs on differential channels. Each channel is digitized at 12-bit resolution so the controller can exchange fine incremental position or process values with external sensors and actuators. The communication backbone is PROFIBUS-DP, implemented through an EIA-RS485 layer and accessed through a D-Sub, 9-pin female connector, which allows data exchange with PLCs at rates up to 12 Mbit/s.
