Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-EN2-MD2-S1-S-NN-FW control section for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive stack, it acts as the logic core that links motion commands, encoder feedback, and machine-level I/O so that servo axes can be synchronized with external devices across an automation line. The module processes setpoints, supervises safety signals, and relays status data through PROFIBUS to programmable controllers that govern packaging, printing, or material-handling equipment.

The analog front end accepts command voltages through an input resistance of 160 kΩ, limiting source loading and noise pickup. For actuator feedback, each voltage channel is digitized with a step size of 19.5 mV/inc. Output torque and velocity corrections are refreshed every 125 µs, which is fast enough for high-dynamic servo loops. Encoder 1 uses a Resolver or HSF interface powered at 8 V, and an auxiliary SSI encoder and digital I/O header provide secondary feedback connections.
