The Bosch CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is a component of IndraDrive controllers and is usually supplied as part of a controller. When supplied separately, it has to be mounted on the power section. IndraDrive controllers are deployed in industrial applications and are used to control motor parameters such as speed and torque. Typical applications of IndraDrive controllers are mounting systems, handling systems, food machines and machine tools. The CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a modular device with slots for optional modules. The device software is also modular in that different firmware that are optimized for different applications are available. For this particular reason the firmware has to ordered separately. Each advanced control section such as the CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW has three slots for plug in modules and one slot for a safety module.
The safety module pre-installed on the CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW supports safe torque off. None of the three slots for plug in modules comes with a pre-installed module. The CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section. A standard control panel can be used for the configuration. In order to be recognized the control panel has to be connected before the CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is powered on. The control panel has to be connected and disconnected when the control section is powered off. Master communication interface is not available on the unit. The power draw of the unit is 7.5 Watts. Each of the installed modules draw additional power from the power section. The control section is designed for used in industrial environments and only for approved applications. Improper use of the device can lead to equipment damage and injury. Bosch is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the device.
