The CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW model is an advanced control section designed and developed by Bosch Rexroth to enhance your user experience with your automation applications. The CSH01.1 control section is used as a key component of a drive controller. A configured drive controller is composed of a control section, power section, a control panel, and a firmware module that controls the motion precisely and intelligently. The control unit is not featured with a master communication and uses RS232 serial interface through the connection point X2. The connection point X7 is designated for control panel interface and shall not be used for any other purpose. The device is easy to maintain and repair owing to its great safety features like starting lockout. The CSH01.1 control section can easily be installed in your drive application with space constraints. The maximum physical dimensions are measured to be 49.5mm wide x 103mm deep, and 241mm high.
The model CSH01.1C-NN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW firmware should be installed and configured by a certified professional only. The firmware allows control of current from 62.5 - 125 ms, velocity from 125 - 250 ms, and position control in range of 250 - 500 ms. The model incorporates digital and analog inputs/output ports and a relay output. The operator's panel can be used to set transmission power and set operational values.
