Bosch Rexroth Indramat builds the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-XP-FW as a plug-in controller from the CSH Advanced Controllers series. The unit functions as the command and feedback core within an IndraDrive stack, translating field-level signals into torque, speed, and position commands for connected power sections. Designed for industrial automation, it provides encoder processing, analog I/O support, and integrated safety so machine builders can coordinate single-axis or multi-axis motion without external logic cards.

Two built-in analog outputs allow direct reference generation, and each channel delivers a maximum voltage of 5 V and up to 1 mA, so low-power actuators or drive stages can be driven without additional buffer circuitry. The associated analog input presents 160 kOhm of impedance, which minimizes loading on process transducers. The detachable X10 analog I/O extension module provides up to 2 outputs, and it can also host additional inputs when expanded. For feedback, the X4 encoder socket recognizes IndraDyn, Hiperface, 1 Vpp, or TTL signals, while the X8 module offers encoder emulation to furnish position data to downstream devices. A Standard Control Panel on the front edge supports parameter entry and status viewing, and serial diagnostics are available through the RS232 port. When functional safety is required, the controller offers Safe Torque Off (SIL3 / Cat. 3 PL e), which removes drive energy without shutting down the entire system. The unit does not include master communication hardware, leaving fieldbus selection to higher-level hardware.

Mechanical dimensions support compact cabinet layouts: the card is 103 mm wide, 241 mm high, and only 49.5 mm deep. One relay provides 1 N/O contact for ready or fault signaling to external interlock chains. The housing slots directly into IndraDrive power bases without extra brackets.
