The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW is a control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It is intended to manage motion algorithms, sensor feedback, and peripheral switching inside multi-axis drive systems. Installed alongside a power module, the section interprets setpoints from a supervisory PLC and distributes timing-precise output to servo amplifiers, actuators, and safety circuits. This arrangement lets the power module handle energy conversion while the control section manages coordination, feedback evaluation, and command handling for the connected axis group.

The section uses a control supply of DC 24 V, and its internal consumption remains at 7.5 W, which helps limit heat buildup in the panel. The analog input stage presents 160 kΩ of resistance, so connected transducers or reference sources are not heavily loaded during operation. Analog outputs change in steps of 19.5 mV/inc, supporting fine adjustment of commanded reference values. The board also provides 4 configurable I/O points that can be assigned as digital inputs or outputs, which gives the control section flexibility for small machine signals without adding separate interface hardware.

Digital outputs can source 500 mA, and the ENS channel uses the same current level, while En2 lines are limited to 350 mA at 5 V. The ENS supply provides 11.6 V, and the module can withstand an inrush peak of 4 A for 100 ms when the cabinet is energized. The optional safety layer is Safe Motion, which supports drive-integrated STO and monitored speed functions without extra relays. For device-level service access, the unit includes a RS232 port, and higher-level network selection remains with the surrounding hardware because no dedicated fieldbus controller is installed here. Status messages are shown on a single-line front display, allowing direct local indication of operating conditions and diagnostics.
