Bosch Rexroth is the drive and motion control company with products that are designed to meet any conceivable automation need. Products like these include servo motors, gearboxes, power units, and control units, and all of these can be found in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. The CSH01 control sections are a range of single-axis control devices in this system that are found plugged into the power sections of drive controllers. They are commonly used in applications such as handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable ADVANCED control section model designed for the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. Beyond its top performance, it can be connected to different encoder systems for effective motion control. Its standard encoder evaluation interface allows the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 12V, such as the encoder system of MSK (IndraDyn S motors), the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface. It is also equipped with an encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5V.
The Digital I/O extension of the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW makes 12 digital 24 V inputs and 8 digital 24 V outputs available, expanding the already integrated digital outputs of the device. Using an optional MultiMediaCard, the firmware, operating data, and the control section's drive parameters can be stored and read. Also, its fault diagnosis is simplified due to the presence of a standard control panel with a single-line display. The control section provides information on the operating state of the device, command diagnoses, and pending warnings.
