Bosch Rexroth displays a unique level of excellence in its development of some of the most innovative drive and motion control products in the world. It is the creator of the revolutionary Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. This complete system comprises motors, gearboxes, control units, and power units. The control sections in the CSH01 series are part of this drive system. Each CSH01 control section is an essential part of a drive controller and can be found plugged into its power section.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section in the ADVANCED control section range of the CSH01 series. It is a configurable single-axis control section equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface that permits the connection of encoder systems that utilize a supply voltage of 12V. Some of these encoders are the encoders of the MSK motors of the IndraDyn S family, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1 interfaces. It also features two encoder evaluation interfaces for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V.
Using the Rexroth IndraWorks software, the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW can be commissioned remotely. The software package can also be used to program and parameterize the control unit and run diagnostics. The device’s standard control panel performs these functions as well and others, such as setting the drive address, setting the basic load defaults procedure, establishing the reference for position data, and setting the analog outputs. It should only be used in industrial areas as it belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800-3. When it is used in public mains supplying residential areas, radio interference filters must be used.
