The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It is a single-axis drive control card that mounts inside IndraDrive power sections and supervises motion sequences, local inputs, and safety monitoring for industrial automation equipment. By conditioning field signals and generating command values directly in the drive, the module eliminates the need for a separate PLC at the machine level and streamlines wiring between sensors, actuators, and higher-level networks. Its configuration code includes encoder support and built-in safe stop functions, so it fits motion platforms used in packaging, printing, and assembly lines.

It offers 11 digital inputs that accept 24 V signaling; internal circuitry treats a line as low when the terminal voltage drops to 5 V and registers a high state once 15 V is reached. Four transistor drivers furnish 4 digital outputs that can source switching signals to field devices. Because the control communication slot is not equipped, the board focuses on deterministic local I/O processing without fieldbus overhead. Thermal load remains limited to 7.5 W, allowing the card to operate in compact cabinets with minimal airflow even during continuous motion cycles.

Analog processing completes the signal set. One input channel presents an impedance of 160 kΩ, preventing noticeable loading on pressure or position transmitters, and two voltage channels provide feedback with a resolution of 19.5 mV per increment. These outputs and the encoder interface draw power from the local EnS rail at 12 V, while the secondary En2 rail supplies 5 V for sensor reference lines. A single changeover relay is included, and its contacts are rated for DC 24 V / 1 A, enabling direct switching of brakes or contactors without an external driver.
