The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is specifically designed by Bosch for drive controllers from the IndraDrive product line. Three types of control sections are available including advanced, basic and basic universal. All the three types are designed for single axis control applications. However they differ in their configurability, interfaces and switching frequencies / cycle times. Bosch provides an assembled drive controller which is comprised of two parts: a power section and a control section. In the event that the two components are delivered as separate units, they have to be assemble by trained personnel. The control section mounts onto the power section. To prevent hardware damage, Bosch has limited to 20 the number of times that a particular control section may be mounted on a particular power section.
The CSH01.1 series to which the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is modular. The front panel of the unit contains three slots for optional modules and a single slot for a safety module. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW contains the following optional modules: IndraDyn encoder, encoder HSF / RSF and encoder emulation. The safety module on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW supports safe torque off. An integrated master communication interface is not available on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is only compatible with one type of control panel which is the standard control panel: this includes a 1-line-display and 4-button keypad. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW also features a RS-232 interface that can be used to communicate with a PC with programming software. Bosch will not be liable for any equipment damage or injury caused by inappropriate use of the device. Bosch will also not be liable if the unit malfunctions because of operation in non-specified ambient conditions.
