The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section. It is a primary component of Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive controllers. Bosch supplies it as part of a configured drive controller which is comprised of a control section mounted on a power section. Both the control section and power section can be ordered as separate units, in which case the mounting of the control section onto the power section has be performed by trained personnel. Bosch develops multiple control sections for IndraDrive controllers. These differ in configurability, interfaces and supported features. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced category control section. A standard control panel can be used to configure it and to monitor operating parameters. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW does not feature a master communication interface. CSH series devices can be ordered with different types of master communication include Profibus, SERCOS, SERCOS II, CANopen and parallel interface.
There are four slots on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW for plug in modules. One slot for a safety module is also available. The optional modules that are installed on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW include an IndraDyn encoder with Hiperface, an encoder HSF / RSF module and analog I/O extension module. One slot on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is available for a plug in module. The slot for safety module on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is also available for a safety module. The firmware for the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW has to be ordered independently from the hardware. Accessories for CSH series devices include fiber optic cable connections, signal level converters for encoder emulation, single level inverter for RS232/RS485 and adapter from D-sub to terminal connector. Relevant safety instructions are provided in the product documentation and should be followed during installation and operation. Bosch recommends installation of the device by qualified personnel.
