The CSH01.1C-NN-EN2-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW is a control section released by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for use in modular drive assemblies within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It occupies one slot in a multi-axis cabinet and provides signal conditioning, feedback processing, and basic machine sequencing for servo inverters and spindle drives. By combining analog, digital, and encoder resources on one card, the unit streamlines motion command execution and supports tight position loops in automated manufacturing cells.

This card provides a single analog input with an impedance of 160 kOhm, which limits the load placed on upstream sensors. Two analog outputs are rated at 5 V, 1 mA, allowing low-power reference signals to be sent to external devices. Internal logic is powered from a fieldbus rail that supplies 24 VDC at up to 1.1 A, so connected discrete sources must remain within that limit. Eight transistor drivers can source loads of 24 V, 0.5 A, making them suitable for contactors or indicator lamps. For position feedback, two independent channels accept 2 × EnDat 2.1 / 1 Vss / TTL encoders, which allows synchronous monitoring of dual-axis systems. The standard front panel includes navigation keys and an LED bar for local status indication.

System integration is aided by a housing height of 241 mm, a depth of 49.5 mm, and a width of 103 mm, which fit the physical layout used by related drive sections. Configuration and diagnostics can also be handled through the RS232 service port when network access is unavailable. An onboard relay rated at 24 VDC and 1 A provides an isolated hardware fault signal. Master communication hardware is not included, so the controller relies on the modular bus coupler selected for the rack.
