The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-NNN-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a single-axis controller module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed alongside power inverters, it processes encoder signals, evaluates resolver feedback, and issues torque or velocity commands that close the motion loop for servo drives used in material handling, printing, and assembly equipment. Within an automation rack, it bridges the supervisory PLC and the drive electronics, translating high-level commands into deterministic control signals for precise positioning tasks.

The analog interface of this controller accepts differential inputs over a range of ±10 V. A high input resistance of 160 kOhm minimizes loading, so strain-gauge amplifiers and reference sources are not disturbed. For actuation, the board provides 2 software-assignable analog outputs that can feed valve drivers or speed references. Digital outputs sourced by the logic section can supply up to 0.5 A each, which is enough to energize contactors or optical couplers directly. The encoder supply line labeled EN1 furnishes an excitation amplitude of 18.2 Vpp at a carrier frequency of 4 kHz, which is required for resolver and HSF evaluation without external conditioners.
