The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW control section is supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive converter, it acts as the processing core that links field-level signals with axis drives. This supports coordinated motion sequences in industrial automation cells, assembly stations, and material-handling equipment.

This controller accepts an analog command range of ±10 V, which allows bipolar speed or torque references to be fed directly from external PLCs or sensors. Internal electronics draw a base load of 7.5 W, so cabinet power budgeting can be completed without large safety margins. Twelve discrete inputs are rated at 24 V / 3 mA, providing logic-level state detection for limit switches or light curtains, while eight sourcing outputs can drive solenoids or status lamps up to 24 V / 0.5 A each. For position feedback, the primary encoder port supplies 8 V excitation and supports a Resolver / HSF interface, giving the drive access to absolute rotor data even at standstill. Because the control network option slot is not equipped, command exchange relies on the standard operator panel and hardwired I/O.

The safety channel implements a Starting Lockout function that prevents unintended motion until external enabling contacts close. When analog references must be retransmitted to auxiliary devices, the board provides a feedback signal of 5 V / 1 mA, isolating downstream circuitry from drive bus noise. A form-C relay is available for spindle-ready or fault signaling and can switch loads up to DC 24 V / 1 A, eliminating the need for an external interposing relay in many cabinets. The standard configuration uses built-in I/O and feedback connections, so these functions are available without optional modules.
