Rexroth IndraDrive control systems are top-notch products that can be used to control and monitor electrical motors. The CSH01 control sections can be commissioned before use based on their specific characteristics to execute user-specific functions. Their drive controllers can be used for several functions, including handling and mounting systems, packaging machines, printing & paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The ADVANCED CSH01 control unit is the ideal platform for the drive-integrated PLC, IndraMotion MLD. These control sections have permanently integrated digital and analog inputs and outputs used for communication with higher-level control systems. The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable single-axis control section and is used for control tasks. It has two encoder interfaces and an encoder emulation. The EN1 encoder interface allows it to be used with MHD and MSK motors, while the EN2 encoder interface is for EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp, 5 V TTL. The encoder emulation (MEM) emulates the absolute value and cumulative encoder signals for further assessment by the control unit.
The safety technology module of the CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW ADVANCED control section is Safe Motion. This safety feature facilitates several applications such as the emergency stop and safe maximum speed, safe direction, safe braking & holding system, safely monitored deceleration, and other similar functions. The device has a standard plug-in operating panel that gives a quick guide to confidently starting up the system. The standard operator panel can be used to set the drive address, check out the error memory, set up the position data reference, set the analog outputs, and begin the basic load defaults procedure.
