Product Description:
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW advanced control section incorporates a Safe Motion (SIL2 / cat 3 PL d) safety option through its X41 connector. This Bosch Rexroth product uses a 9-pin female D-sub connector with 0.25mm2 to 0.5mm2 stranded wire connection cable to connect the safety optional module. The control panel of this device does not support hot plug operation. The panel must neither be connected to nor disconnected from the drive controller when it is turned ON. The control section can be mounted and/or dismounted only for a maximum of 20 times. The product must never be mounted nor operated if it is damaged or defective.
The control section has an analog I/O extension optional module on its X10 D-Sub female connector with 15 poles. This module helps to increase the count of the analog channels in the section. It allows the section to have two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels with 12 bits resolution and a +/-10V voltage rating. The section portrays two current control times of 62.5μs and 125μs. The Safe Motion optional module supports multiple application-related safety functions like safe maximum speed, safe direction, single-axis acknowledgment and safe communication to mention just a few.
The device is capable of incorporating a PFM02.1 memory card to read and store data such as operating data, drive parameters and firmware. The standard Type 1 digital inputs in the unit have an input current rating between 2mA and 5mA. The sampling frequency of these inputs is based on the firmware. The advanced section has to be allowed to cool down completely before any repair and/or maintenance work is done on it. The drive controller that encompasses the section is not supposed to be used for applications that are not specified by the manufacturer. The advanced control section is available with a warranty for one year and can be shipped to any country.
