The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW motion control card is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Designed as the control core inside IndraDrive modular servo assemblies, it links the power section to higher-level automation systems while supervising integrated safety logic. Within packaging, material-handling, or metal-cutting equipment, the board interprets encoder feedback, exchanges data over real-time Ethernet, and issues axis commands so that positioning, velocity, and torque loops remain coordinated under dynamic loading.

The controller’s encoder front end accepts IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL signals, allowing both sine-cosine and incremental encoders to connect directly. Through the ENS sensor connector, it supplies up to 500 mA at 11.6 V, eliminating separate power supplies for typical measuring heads.
