The Rexroth IndraDrive CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a control section. It is manufactured by the Bosch Rexroth. Control sections and power sections work together to make up a drive controller. They are usually assembled together when supplied but, in some cases, it may require mounting. Drive controllers are basically used to control the motor. A control sections should be mounted vertically on the compatible power section. Control sections are used robotics, packaging, textiles, handling and mounting systems, and so on. Their mounting requires a trained hand to avoid damaging the control section or power section. Proper guideline should be followed when mounting and dismounting. Similarly, storage, transportation, operation and maintenance of control sections should be done following safety regulations. Improper use of these components, failure to follow the safety instructions or tampering with the product, including disabling of safety devices, could result in property damage, injury, electric shock or even death.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW has a relay contact with a DC voltage of 24 volts and a current of 1 Ampere. It has two connectors X31 and X32 for connecting the its digital and analog inputs and outputs. The X31 and X32 connection points require a power supply of 24V/0V for digital inputs/outputs. It has a RS232 serial interface slot in its X2 connection point. The control section is equipped with one H1 slot with an interface for control panel. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is configurable with a MultiEthernet master communication. It is fitted with an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder in its X4 connector slot, an Analog I/O extension encoder in its X8 connector slot, and a Digital I/O extension encoder in its X10 connector slot. It has a Safe Torque Off (SIL3/ category 3) safety option in its X41 safety option slot. It has a standard control panel and will require its firmware to be ordered separately.
