The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW is a configurable IndraDrive control section. It forms a drive controller in combination with a power section. As per the type code, the product line is CSH, the line 1 is and the design is 1. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW is a configurable control section with Multi-Ethernet master communication. A IndraDyn encoder module with Hiperface is installed in the option 1 slot. An encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface is installed in the option 2 slot. The third option slot for plug in modules is vacant and can accommodate a module from a wide range of available optional modules. The safety option slot contains a safe motion module. The firmware for the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW has to be ordered separately. Only a standard control panel can be used with the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW unit.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW mounts on a IndraDrive power section. The 24 Volts DC power from the power section is supplied to the control section via the 24 Volt and 0 Volt terminals. Only regulated power supplies are allowed to be used for providing electrical power to the unit. The mounting or dismounting of the control section from a compatible power section should only be performed by trained personnel. To prevent damage to either the control section or the power section, Bosch has limited the number of permitted mounting / dismounting counts to 20. A removable memory card can be installed in its designated slot on the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW. The card can be used for moving the parameters and firmware to another control section. The front panel of the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW includes the physical interface for a RS-232 serial communications port. The power consumed by the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW is approximately 7.5 Watts.
