Product Description:

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section for IndraDrive controllers from Bosch Rexroth. A control section performs all the processing functions for the drive controller and mounts on a compatible power section. CSH series control sections can only be used with power sections that provide regulated 24 Volts DC output. To prevent equipment damage, the number of mounting/dismounting operations of a control section is limited to 20. The mounting/dismounting operation is only allowed to be performed by personnel who have been trained for this activity by Bosch. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section with MultiEthernet master communication. The device includes a number of slots for optional plug in modules and safety modules. Two plug in modules are installed on the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW including an IndraDyn encoder and an encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface.

The safety option installed on the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is safety technology I/O. One slot for a plug-in module is available on the control section and can be used for the installation of a wide range of modules that include communication, I/O extensions and encoder modules. A memory card can also be installed on the control section: it allows exchange of parameters and firmware with similar control sections. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW can only be used with a standard control panel. The firmware has to be ordered separately from the hardware. The power consumption of the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW at 24 Volts DC input is 7.5 Watts and the inrush current is 4 Amps. The control section is supplied via the 24 Volt and 0 Volt terminals at the power section. Both of the encoder modules that are installed consume 6 Watts of power and the safety technology module consumes 1 Watt of power. Therefore the total power consumption is 20.5 Watts.
