The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is an automation controller card from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, supplied within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It plugs into IndraDrive control units to coordinate axis feedback, discrete field signals, and real-time Ethernet traffic. It is intended for drive applications that need local feedback handling together with field-level I/O and network communication. This arrangement lets the control unit combine motion logic and sensor processing in a single slot while keeping the installation compact.
This card accommodates analog transducers with an input resistance of 160 kOhm, so connected sensors draw negligible current while their signals remain stable. The high input resistance helps limit loading on voltage-output measuring devices and similar analog signal sources. Network integration is handled through a 100Base-TX link that reaches the plant network by way of a shielded RJ-45 (8-pin) connector. The master communication interface uses Multi-Ethernet, allowing the same hardware to support PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and related protocols. Encoder 1 is read through the Standard Encoder Eval interface, and Encoder 2 supports resolver or HSF feedback. Power for the ENS encoder supply rail is stabilized at 11.6 VDC and can deliver up to 500 mA, so compatible TTL or SinCos encoders can be powered directly from the board.
The HSF sensor rail provides 8 VDC at a maximum of 250 mA for high-speed feedback devices. The MD1 segment provides 12 digital inputs, so the controller can accept limit switches, probes, or mode commands without extra expansion. It also includes eight digital outputs, and each channel can source up to 0.5 A for solenoids, indicator lights, or interlock relays. These I/O resources allow the controller to monitor simple machine states and switch peripheral devices from the same card. A dedicated changeover relay rated at 24 VDC and 1 A is also present for galvanically isolated signaling. The resolver channel excites the rotor with 18.2 Vpp at 4 kHz to match standard brushless resolver coils, and Ethernet auto-negotiation supports straightforward network setup with common cabling arrangements.
