The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW advanced control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth supports a limited number of plug-in actions. The product is designed for use only in industrial environments. The device is meant to be used only in the appropriate manner to avoid property damage and/or personnel injury. The unit has to be operated only after reading and understanding the relevant safety and usage instructions. Its MultiEthernet module offers standard Ethernet connectivity. This module has an 8-pin connector with an RJ-45 interface. The H24 LED lights up in steady green color when a connection to the network is available and data transmission is in progress.
The drive controller in which the product is installed is used to control and monitor an electric motor from the same manufacturer. The product should never be used underwater. The device cannot be operated with a VCP01.2 comfort control panel. The unit has one analog input and two analog outputs. It has two current control cycle times of 62.5μs and 125μs. The digital inputs/outputs of this control section adhere to IEC 31131, Type 1 specifications. The digital outputs must not be operated at low resistance sources. The Type 1 digital inputs in this product support a maximum input voltage rating of 30V.
This device does not have any safety option. The MD1 module on the X10 connector in the unit allows the section to feature 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs with a 24V output rating. The digital input group 0 has a 3mA current rating as well as a 24V voltage rating for each of its inputs. The unit is utilized in drive controllers deployed in machine tools and handling and mounting systems. It is plugged inside the power section.
