What Bosch Rexroth offers its customers cuts across all that is needed to provide them with an unrivaled user experience. The automation company draws from its years of expertise to design and manufacture products that cater to users’ needs. In the drive market, they include servo motors, drive frequency converters, and accessories compatible with this series of products. Drive controllers of the Rexroth IndraDrive system are equipped with the CSH01 family of control sections for the smooth control and monitoring of electrical motors. These control sections are usually found plugged into the power sections of the drive controllers but can be ordered separately when required.
The CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-EN2-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW features two EnDat 2.1 (1 Vpp, 5V TTL) encoder interfaces and encoder emulation for enhanced versatility. To prevent the machine from generating torque, it is equipped with safe torque off option with a certified SIL3 / cat 3 PL e rating. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display for operations such as setting the drive address and analog outputs and running diagnostics on the system. It should be noted that this control panel is not suited for a hot plug, meaning that it must neither be plugged in nor disconnected when the drive controller is switched on.
Using Multi-Ethernet, the CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-EN2-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW communicates seamlessly with other drive systems and integrates them into Ethernet-based bus systems SERCOS III, EtherCAT, and ProfiNet. Its electrical connection points feature spring terminal connections and screw terminal blocks. This is a category C3 product according to IEC 61800-3; hence it should be operated in industrial areas and with line filters if connected to residential public mains.
