With a long line of revolutionary products geared towards significantly improving operations in drive and motion control, Bosch Rexroth stands as one of the most innovative brands in the industry. Some of these products are the CSH01 line of drive control sections. These control sections share a joint scalability feature as they can be tailored for use in different kinds of applications. They are designed for operation specifically in the modular HMD01 drive controllers of the Rexroth IndraDrive M system. One of these is the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW.
The power consumption rating of the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW at a supply voltage of 24 V DC is 7.5 W. The configurable ADVANCED control section is equipped with Multi-Ethernet, with which it communicates with other parts of the system. Encoder interfaces on it include HSF/RSF and EnDat 2.1 (with 1 Vpp and TTL outputs) interfaces. It also features a digital I/O extension with SSI encoder interface. To protect machine operators, this control section is designed with Safe Motion for a variety of safety functions such as safe (emergency) stop, safe speed, safe direction, and so on. This safety technology is certified SIL 3/cat. 3 PL d.
For commissioning the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW, a standard control panel with a single-line display and prominent keys is present. This control panel can be used to access and view system data and to set parameters such as the drive address and the position data reference. In addition, the connection points of the control section feature spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. It can also be operated at varying switching frequencies such as 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz.
