The CSH01.1C-ER-ENS-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a controller option card from Bosch Rexroth Indramat that belongs to the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in IndraDrive power sections, it provides the control functions that link motion commands with local sensor and actuator wiring. Within an automated production line, the card delivers position loops, captures high-speed feedback, and passes processed data to higher-level PLCs to support synchronized axis behavior and short cycle times.

This card accepts one analog feedback path and provides 1 analog input channel for external setpoints such as torque or speed trim. It issues two reference signals through 2 analog output channels, each capable of 1 mA sourcing current at a fixed 5 V analog output voltage. Pulse inputs for incremental encoders or limit switches are handled at up to 400 kHz TTL input frequency, while differential encoder tracks are filtered at a 500 kHz encoder cutoff frequency so that high-resolution feedback is not attenuated. A standard front control panel gives access to parameter lists without external tools. The card has no integrated safety technology, so STO or SS1 functions must be provided by external modules.

The encoder supply rail delivers an 11.6 V encoder supply voltage at up to 500 mA encoder supply current; together with a 120 ohm encoder input resistance, this supports long cable runs and low-impedance transducers. Resolution is set by a 12-bit A/D converter, and the ENS interface manages BiSS or SSI-style serial feedback streams. Eleven pins on the main connector can be configured as inputs, and four pins act as outputs for status or handshake lines. This I/O arrangement supports discrete signaling alongside encoder handling on the same card. Communication with supervisory equipment is available through an RS232 service port.
