The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW is a configurable control section for Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn drive controllers. It is mounted on a compatible power section. Bosch recommends that a control section should be mounted / dismounted a maximum of 20 times. The dimensions of this advanced control section are 241 x 103 x 49.5 millimeters. The font panel of the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW contains the following: a memory card slot, a safety option slot, three slot for plug in modules, an interface for a control panel, RS-232 serial port and digital and analog input / outputs. Digital I/Os on the unit require an external power supply. Optional communication modules for the control section include SERCOS, Profibus and Multi-Ethernet. The master communication on the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW is DeviceNet / CANopen. The slot for option 1 on the unit comes with a IndraDyn encoder.
The slot for option 3 on the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW comes with an analog I/O extension. This option increases the number of analog channels. The option provides four differential analog input channels. A safety option is not available on the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW. The unit features a standard control panel that has a single-line display and is not suited for hot plug. The control unit must have been plugged in when the drive controller is switched on so that it can be recognized. The display on the control panel shows operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. Four keys are provided on the control panel and can be used for extended diagnoses display and for triggering simple commands. The control panel can be used for setting the drive address, viewing the error memory, setting the analog outputs and starting the basic load defaults procedures.
