The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is a control section with a standard control panel. It has been developed for used in single-axis drive and control tasks. It is one of the two primary components that make up a IndraDyn controller. The second primary component is a power section. The control section is comparatively smaller in size to the power section and plugs into the power section. Bosch recommends not mounting / dismounting a control section on any particular power section more than 20 times. Each control sections supports a maximum of three optional modules and one slot for a safety option. The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW comes with two optional module sand one safety option. The safety option installed on the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is starting lockout. Other safety options that are available for order include safe motion, safe torque off and safety technology I/O.
The optional modules installed on the control section include analog I/O extension and IndraDyn encoder. The encoder has an Hiperface interface. Slots for the optional modules are located on the front panel of the device. The front panel also includes a slot for a memory card. Firmware for the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW has to be ordered separately. The unit is configurable and comes with CANopen/DeviceNet master communication. Only approved accessories and spare parts should be used for replacement of faulty parts on the control section or the controller. The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW can get damaged by electrostatic charges. Therefore exposed conductive parts that can come into contact with the unit should be discharged by grounding.
