The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW advanced control section is used as a component of a drive controller. This Bosch Rexroth product does not support any safety technology. The device features a standard design. Its digital input/output units have a power supply of 24V or 0V. Its firmware has to be bought separately. The unit has one analog input. The third and fourth digital inputs are designed to function as travel range limit switches. The two analog voltage inputs can operate like two digital inputs. These inputs feature a +/-10V voltage rating and typically 160 kOhms resistance. The eighth digital I/O of the section is configured to function as an e-stop switch in its factory setting.
The product encompasses just one axis. The digital outputs of this device can be combined to work as one input or output. They have a 0.5A current rating as well as a 24V voltage rating. The unit comes fitted with a protective diode on its X31.8 connecting point in its power supply. The clock frequency of the control section depends on the power section. The CANopen/DeviceNet interface of this product is fitted with a switch to choose the desired option.
